The process begins with a thorough roof wash, using the method best suited to your roof, to ensure the surface is clean, free of debris, and ready for coating. For concrete tile roofs, we apply a Penetrative Sealer as an undercoat. This key layer deeply penetrates the tile to restore its integrity and improve its durability. For steel roofs, we use a special anti-corrosive primer to ensure strong adhesion and long-term protection against rust. After sealing or priming, we apply two coats of premium Top Coat in your choice of finish matte, gloss, or semi-gloss, for a long-lasting, weather-resistant, and great-looking result.
